Employee Privacy Policy
This is a standard template internal facing employee privacy policy to be used by any company that receives or processes personal data about employees, and should be made available to those employees (usually via an intranet or accompanying an employment contract). This sets out to your employees how you will process their data and the policy that you will comply with when processing personal data. This is your document for compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and you may use this policy to notify your employees about how you collect, use and store personal data through the course of employment.
