NDA Mutual
A non-disclosure agreement (also referred to as a confidentiality agreement) to be used when two parties are sharing confidential information with each other. The mutual NDA provides that both parties are subject to the same obligations to keep confidential information that they receive from the other party as confidential. The letter sets out the scope of the confidential information, who the information can be disclosed to and certain exceptions to the general confidentiality obligation.
